I’ve had a passion for writing for as long as I can remember. Whether it was poetry, journaling, or even research papers (yes, I’m serious), words have always been my way of expressing myself and my thoughts.
Growing up playing sports ignited my lifelong love for health and wellness, sending me down the rabbit hole of exploring nutrition, fitness, and holistic practices.
Never did I imagine I can intertwine the two.
Graduating college with dual majors in Digital Media Marketing and Business Management opened my eyes to the world of marketing and leadership. It came naturally for me.
